Design has always been second nature to Chelsey. As a little girl, she could often be found spending hours rearranging her room, moving furniture around, styling little corners, or dreaming up the next paint color. She has always had an eye for the details that make a space feel special, long before she knew that interior design would become her career.
Her passion for interiors grew into a career centered around creating homes that feel collected, timeless, and deeply personal. Over the years, Chelsey has developed a design perspective rooted in natural materials, layered spaces, and the belief that a home should feel beautiful without feeling overly designed. She is drawn to the character of old-world details, the warmth of natural materials, and the way a home can evolve alongside the people who live in it.
As the Founder and Principal Designer of Chelsey Rain Interiors, Chelsey is most often found dreaming up beautiful homes, sourcing the perfect vintage piece, or working alongside her clients to bring their spaces to life. Outside of design, she is happiest at home with her family, where she finds that the everyday moments of life are often the greatest inspiration for creating homes that are meant to be lived in and loved.
